AI Smart Insights (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Texas-based analytics and AI consultancy. Responsible data handling is core to how we work. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), company details, and the content of your message.

Client engagement data. During a paid engagement, we work with business data you choose to share with us — typically sales, inventory, operational, and cost data. We do not collect this data through the website.

Website usage data. Standard server logs may capture IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, send project-related communications, and improve how the site performs. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Client data ownership

Data you share with us during an engagement remains yours. We use it only to perform the work you've engaged us for. The AI models we deploy on your behalf answer only from sources you've approved, and we do not train external systems on your data without explicit written permission.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client data with the same care our enterprise clients expect.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate the business — for example, email, hosting, and the ChatterPi chatbot widget. Each vendor processes the minimum data needed to deliver its service and is bound by its own privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email samer@aismartinsights.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
